** Terms & conditions of local & international postal delivery **
- We can only process your order after we receive FULL payment which include product,
delivery cost, and any transaction fees (eg.bank TT fees, Paypal fees) involved.
- If your ordered items require time to arrive from supplier (pre-order lead time), we will keep you well updated of the status and best estimated schedule to send your package. This is usually for special orders / pre-orders / bulk orders of a specific brand product which we currently do not have sufficient stocks.
- Tracking number will be provided once your package has been submitted to the postal agent.
- You are fully responsible to provide correct receipient name, address, contact no., and well aware of
your country's customs issues about the product you wish to purchase.
- There are no postal service during Malaysia public holidays and 1st Saturday of every month.
- Please be informed that we DO NOT compensate / refund in any way due to problems during delivery
process which include parcel / product lost, stolen, damage, custom issues, wrong address provided, wrong
recipient, etc because those are out of our control. You may contact the shipping agent if necessary.
